About The Position

Reed City and Evart Family Medicine is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their busy practice. This role focuses on caring for patients across the generational spectrum, with a preference for candidates with prior experience. The practice emphasizes team-based care, supported by social work, behavioral health, pharmacy, care managers, and medical assistants working closely with physicians. The location is conveniently situated near United Hospital, offering access to full laboratory, radiology, PT/OT, and specialty and surgical services.

Requirements

Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (for NPs who obtained education and certification after 2000).
3 years of relevant experience.
Current, relevant clinical experience.
Previous experience functioning in a collaborative role as a Nurse Practitioner.
LIC-Nurse Practitioner (NP) - State of Michigan (for NPs).
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program (for PAs).
LIC-Physician Assistant - State of Michigan (for PAs).
CRT-Physician Asst Certified (PA-C) - NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (for PAs).
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS).
CRT-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS).
