Advanced Practice Provider-Family Medicine-South Jordan
About The Position
Intermountain Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for their Family Medicine team at the South Jordan Clinic. This is a full-time position within an integrated, not-for-profit health system that operates hospitals and clinics across the Intermountain West. The clinic operates with specific hours, with the APP working Tuesday in West Jordan and Wednesday, Thursday, Friday in South Jordan.
Requirements
- Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
- Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
- Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
- Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
- BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
- Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).
Nice To Haves
- Two (2) or more years of experience preferred.
- Master’s degree. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
