About The Position

Intermountain Health is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for their Family Medicine clinic in West Jordan, Utah. Requirements

• Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
• Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
• Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
• Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).

Nice To Haves

• Two (2) or more years of experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Master’s degree. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.

Responsibilities

• Provide care within the scope of a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications.
• Participate in mentorship, leadership, and program expansion initiatives.
• Collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality patient care.
