Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Family Medicine – Manhattan Square in Hampton, Virginia. Requirements
- Active NP or PA
- Minimum master’s degree required
- Prior experience in primary care as a licensed provider preferred, but will consider an exceptional new grad
Responsibilities
- Provide care to a wide range of patients: adults and chronic/complex care management, pediatric opportunity, and newborns, if desired
- Monday-Friday (36 patient contact hours, 4 hours admin)
- Flexibility to work a 4 to 4-1/2 day work week; option for extended hours
- Average of 18 – 20 patients per day
- Join a collaborative team with 3 physicians, 3 APPs, and 25 support staff
