About The Position

Big Rapids Family Medicine is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their busy practice, focusing on rural health and caring for the underserved. This role offers team-based care with support from Behavioral Health, Pharmacists, Social Workers, and experienced medical assistants. Ancillary services like laboratory, x-ray, PT/OT, and specialty care are available on-site. As an employed provider in the Corewell Health Medical Group, you will be part of a large health system in Michigan, dedicated to reimagining a better, more equitable model of health and wellness.

Requirements

Master's Degree (for Nurse Practitioners: accredited program; for Physician Assistants: accredited educational program).
3 years of relevant experience (for Nurse Practitioners).
Current, relevant clinical experience (for Nurse Practitioners).
Previous experience functioning in a collaborative role as a Nurse Practitioner.
LIC-Nurse Practitioner (NP) - State of Michigan (for Nurse Practitioners).
LIC-Physician Assistant - State of Michigan (for Physician Assistants).
CRT-Physician Asst Certified (PA-C) - NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (for Physician Assistants).
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS).
CRT-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS).
