As an Advanced Practice Provider in Family Medicine you’ll work with multiple other Physicians, and Advanced Practice Providers to provide top-notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day you’ll collaborate with several Medical Assistants, and PSRs.

Requirements

Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).

Nice To Haves

Two (2) or more years of experience required.
Not accepting new graduate applicants at this time.
Master’s degree. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
