Advanced Practice Provider - Endocrinology
About The Position
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Diabetes and Endocrinology Advanced Practice Provider to join their group at Franciscan Health Diabetes & Endocrinology Specialists in Lafayette, Indiana. They offer a team-oriented, family-like culture that empowers providers to focus on patient care. Teamwork, empathy, and a positive personality are essential. A full support staff is available to assist providers. The ideal candidate will have past or present endocrinology experience, a strong focus on clinical excellence, and patient satisfaction. The candidate should display exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. The provider will work collaboratively with physicians to coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Master's Degree
- Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification
- Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association

- Past or present endocrinology experience
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care in collaboration with physicians.
- Focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
- Develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff.
- Provide care for common diagnoses including Type I Diabetes, Type II Diabetes, Insulin pumps, Continuous Glucose Monitoring, Primary Hyperparathyroidism, Hyperthyroidism, Hypothyroidism, Hypogonadism, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, and Pituitary-Adrenal Disorders.
