About The Position

The USF Department of Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery is seeking a collaborative, motivated Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) to join their growing academic team in a hybrid inpatient/transition-of-care role. This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside a dynamic, subspecialty-trained faculty and Otolaryngology residents within a leading academic ENT program. The successful candidate will divide their time between inpatient consultative care at Tampa General Hospital and outpatient care at the USF South Tampa Center and/or Morsani Center, with a focus on bridging the inpatient-to-outpatient transition for complex patients. This role is designed for a clinician who values teamwork, thrives in a teaching environment, and is eager to develop subspecialty expertise in Otolaryngology. New graduates and experienced APPs are encouraged to apply, with structured onboarding, faculty mentorship, and graduated clinical autonomy as key components of team development.

Requirements

• Must be an APRN or PA.
• Ability to work collaboratively and be motivated.
• Willingness to develop into a subspecialty expert in Otolaryngology.
• Ability to thrive in a teaching environment.
• May be subject to a Level 1 or Level 2 criminal background check.
