This is primarily an outpatient role with very occasional inpatient services, under the direct supervision and responsibility of one physician. Bilingual English/Vietnamese is required for the patient population. The position is full-time with flexibility for 32-40 hours per week, Monday - Friday schedule, with no call responsibilities. The role involves seeing both new and follow-up patients, completing patient histories and physicals, determining tentative diagnoses, ordering appropriate laboratory tests, and counseling patients and families on health and disease. The provider will also participate in all continuing education, training, and other requirements for credentialing purposes at assigned medical facilities and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements

Bilingual English/Vietnamese required for patient population
State Licensed Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
