Advocate Christ Medical Center is seeking full-time Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioners to join our (CVTU). This dynamic team operates under a 24/7 staffing model that integrates Intensivists and APRNs to provide expert care for high-acuity patients. Our CVTU manages complex cases including: Heart Failure LVAD Thoracic Surgery Pulmonary Hypertension Post-Cardiac Arrest Post-Cath Lab Patients This is an outstanding opportunity to work in a collaborative, high-performance environment dedicated to excellence in cardiovascular care.
Requirements
- Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner (APRN) qualification.
- Experience in Critical Care/Intensivist setting.
- Ability to work within a 24/7 staffing model.
- Willingness to work Days, Nights, and weekends.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVTU).
Responsibilities
- Provide expert care for high-acuity patients in the CVTU.
- Manage complex cases including Heart Failure, LVAD, Thoracic Surgery, Pulmonary Hypertension, Post-Cardiac Arrest, and Post-Cath Lab Patients.
