Requirements

Advanced Practice Esthetics License
Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting
Developed communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
High school or equivalent (Required)
Advanced Practice Esthetician License (Required)

Responsibilities

Performing 40-minute facials, dermaplaning, peels, waxing, and brow tinting.
Maintaining State Board compliance and keeping accurate and complete records.
Providing excellent customer service.
Achieving all services and product goals.
Following all FACE FOUNDRIÉ guidelines.
Demonstrating, recommending, and selling FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
Performing short services, including but not limited to: facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, chemical peels, waxing, brow and lash services.
Actively recommending additional services when appropriate.
Using an appointment book or system to book for return services.
Following all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during, and after services; ensuring board compliance at all times.
Creating and maintaining a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.
Working with the Manager to notify of supply needs to ensure necessary items are on hand at all times.
Assisting in all in-store operational processes.
Ensuring store standards are adhered to at all times.
Accurately following all company timekeeping procedures.
Attending mandatory product training and team meetings.
