About The Position

North Olympic Healthcare Network (NOHN) is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center dedicated to providing comprehensive, integrated healthcare to approximately 70,000 residents. Recognized as a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH), NOHN offers high-quality integrated primary medical care, dental care, optometry, psychiatry, and behavioral health services, irrespective of insurance status or ability to pay. We are seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician (PA-C or ARNP) to join our Primary Care team at our new location in Forks. Experienced and newly graduated clinicians are encouraged to apply. The role involves developing and cultivating patient relationships through managing a personal patient panel, supported by an integrated care team including physician and APC colleagues, nurses, dentists, behavioral health providers, optometrists, and pharmacists. We are looking for a clinician passionate about community health and primary care integration, committed to health equity, and comfortable using electronic health records, specifically Epic.

Requirements

PA-C or ARNP
Comfortable with electronic health record use, specifically Epic.
