About The Position

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting multiple Advanced Perioperative Airway & Anesthesia Performance CRNAs to join one of our valued client partners in Linden, Pennsylvania. This full-time opportunity is designed for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists seeking exceptional earning potential, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to practice independently within a collaborative perioperative environment. This role is built for clinicians who excel at delivering safe, evidence-based anesthesia care while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety before, during, and after surgical procedures. Providers will manage a broad range of anesthesia cases while partnering closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing professionals, and surgical teams to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.

Requirements

  • Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
  • Current Pennsylvania CRNA licensure or eligibility to obtain Pennsylvania licensure before employment.
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia educational program.
  • Active NBCRNA certification.
  • Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and independent decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to safely manage diverse anesthesia cases.
  • Must currently reside within commuting distance of Linden, Pennsylvania, or relocate independently before employment.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous hospital or surgical center CRNA experience.
  • Experience with regional anesthesia and advanced airway management.
  • Comfortable managing a wide variety of surgical specialties.

  • Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications where applicable.
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, quality improvement, and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient risk assessments.
  • Develop individualized anesthesia care plans based on patient history, procedure type, and clinical needs.
  • Administer general, regional, monitored anesthesia care, and airway management interventions within credentialed practice guidelines.
  • Continuously monitor patient physiology and respond rapidly to changing clinical conditions.
  • Manage post-anesthesia recovery, pain management, and discharge readiness.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and perioperative professionals throughout the surgical experience.
  • Maintain complete and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical excellence initiatives.
  • Maintain current evidence-based anesthesia knowledge through continuing education.
  • Promote exceptional patient experiences through compassionate communication and clinical professionalism.
