About The Position
This role focuses on leading and managing advanced manufacturing operations to drive operational excellence and process optimization. The engineer will develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to enhance productivity and improve product quality. They will also lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve operational goals, while identifying and implementing advanced manufacturing technologies for innovation and cost efficiencies. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives is key, as is analyzing manufacturing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Effective resource management to meet production targets and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards are also core responsibilities.
