Advanced Mfg Engineer II
About The Position
As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering II here at Honeywell, you will contribute to the optimization and enhancement of manufacturing processes, driving efficiency and quality improvements. You will apply your engineering expertise to support production operations, implement process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing excellence. You will report directly to our Adv Mfg. Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of manufacturing operations by developing and implementing advanced manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement initiatives. Your work will help reduce costs, improve product quality, and support Honeywell’s commitment to innovation and operational excellence. Responsibilities
- Support and optimize advanced manufacturing processes to enhance quality and productivity.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and production to resolve manufacturing issues and improve processes.
