About The Position

As an Advanced Mechanical Design Engineer at Honeywell Aerospace, you will use your engineering experience to support the design, analysis, and procurement of bearings for high-reliability space business. You will produce documentation to support flight programs, anomaly investigations, and bearing supplier issues.

Honeywell Aerospace's Electronic Solutions (ES) is a worldwide leader in the development of flight controls, displays, guidance and navigation systems, and inertial instruments. The Glendale, Arizona ES facility has a 40-year heritage of designing, developing, and manufacturing extremely high-reliability products for manned and unmanned space applications.

This role reports directly to the Sr Systems Engineering Manager and is 100% onsite at the Glendale, Arizona location. Travel may be up to 15%. Candidates must be U.S. citizens due to contractual requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics
• At least 5 years of mechanical engineering experience
• Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements
