About The Position

Advancing the Future of ECM Manufacturing At Voxel Innovations, you'll operate advanced Electrochemical Machining (ECM) equipment that manufactures precision components for aerospace, medical device, energy, and industrial markets. We're an engineering-driven company focused on advancing the capabilities of ECM technology. By developing new manufacturing processes, refining existing ones, and expanding ECM into new products and applications, we're helping redefine what's possible in precision manufacturing. As part of our team, you'll work alongside Engineering, Quality, and Operations to solve complex manufacturing challenges, improve production processes, and manufacture components requiring exceptional precision and quality. The Role As an Advanced Manufacturing Technician, you'll do much more than operate equipment. You'll become an expert in ECM, supporting production while helping improve manufacturing processes and expand the capabilities of this unique technology. You'll set up and operate advanced manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, inspect precision components, and work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and process capability. The ideal candidate enjoys understanding how equipment, manufacturing processes, and production systems work, not just how to operate them. We value technicians who ask questions, diagnose problems, understand cause and effect, and continually develop their technical expertise. This is not a traditional production role.
