As the Advanced Manufacturing Operations Specialist, you will orchestrate work and offer technical direction and mentorship to specialists and technicians, coordinating and performing more complex cross-functional tasks in support of the operations/manufacturing organization. You will lead the development of more complex manufacturing and operations plans and schedule and facilitate assigned projects. You’ll effectively communicate with engineering departments, quality control, manufacturing, purchasing or other groups as required in order to complete project plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related specialized area or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient originality and application of standard engineering principles and methods in completing technical assignments
- Proficient mechanical or electrical aptitude
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire.
- Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
