Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering
At least 2 years of professional experience in new product development
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Solid organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently with guidance
Understanding of quality systems and basic operations documentation

Nice To Haves

Experience within the medical device industry is preferred
Exposure to plastic manufacturing methods is highly desirable

Responsibilities

Supporting new product introductions as the operations representative within the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team
Developing and implementing capable manufacturing processes, including equipment specification, acquisition and installation
Partnering with cross functional teams locally and across global manufacturing sites to achieve project milestones
Supporting design for manufacturability and process development activities
Planning, executing and documenting validation activities, including data analysis and report writing
Coordinating and supporting new vendor tooling activities
Ensuring safety, quality, cost and timeline commitments are consistently met
