You'll develop advanced simulation models that improve efficiency, automate workflows, and drive operational excellence. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Systems Engineering, a related technical field, OR equivalent experience.
  • 2–5+ years of hands-on experience with simulation tools (e.g., Emulate3D, Arena, ANSYS) and digital factory tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CREO).
  • Proficiency in programming/scripting languages like C#, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree in Engineering, with a focus on Industrial or Systems Engineering.
  • Expertise in statistical modeling, data analytics, and visualization techniques.
  • Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement discrete event simulation models to analyze and optimize manufacturing and warehouse operations.
  • Develop physics-based 3D simulations with CAD and kinematic tools to streamline factory and warehouse workflows.
  • Develop custom scripts to program simulated factory automation such as conveyance, and fabrication equipment.
  • Write custom scripts to program factory automation tools like robotics and conveyance systems.
  • Extract actionable insights from simulation data, employing statistical methods to validate results and predict performance.
  • Partner with Lean and project teams to ensure alignment with factory priorities, material flow, and operational goals.
  • Lead Run the Plant (RTP) projects and support New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, using simulation to unlock cost savings and productivity gains.
