Requirements
- Develops new or modified processes.
- Defines process equipment requirements and specifications.
- Reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of Ring Laser Gyroscopes.
- Analyzes the layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization.
Responsibilities
- Influence the planning and designing of manufacturing engineering processes.
- Determine parts and tools needed by the team to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification, for both existing and new processes/product technologies.
- Maximize efficiency by analyzing the layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization.
- Support daily production activities and drive producibility improvement projects in a challenging environment.
