Our team develops new or modified processes, defines process equipment requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of advanced aerospace electronics. As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II of Honeywell Aerospace, you will influence the planning and design of manufacturing engineering processes. You will determine parts and tools needed by the team to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification, for both existing and new processes/product technologies. You will maximize efficiency by analyzing the layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization. Support daily production activities and drive producibility improvement projects in a challenging environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in manufacturing engineering processes.
  • Ability to determine parts and tools needed for manufacturing goals.
  • Skills in analyzing equipment layout, workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization.
  • Experience supporting daily production activities.
  • Experience driving producibility improvement projects.
  • Experience developing new or modified processes.
  • Experience defining process equipment requirements and specifications.
  • Experience reviewing processing techniques and methods for advanced aerospace electronics.
