About The Position

As a Manufacturing Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for all aspects related to developing, implementing and maintaining manufacturing processes for the machining of centrifugal pump and compressor components. This position will also lead and drive continuous improvement projects that increase efficiency, productivity, quality and delivery through the elimination of waste and variation in manufacturing. The successful candidate will establish and foster strong, effective working relationships with shop-floor technicians and supervisors, peers within the Manufacturing Engineering team, and team members from Product Engineering, Planning, Quality and Supply Chain. Requirements

  • Experience in developing, implementing and maintaining manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in leading and driving continuous improvement projects.
  • Ability to establish and foster strong, effective working relationships with shop-floor technicians and supervisors, peers within the Manufacturing Engineering team, and team members from Product Engineering, Planning, Quality and Supply Chain.
