About The Position

Cenveo, a leading North American envelope manufacturer, is hiring Advanced Machine Operators for our Kirksville, MO facility. This is a highly technical role requiring hands-on mechanical experience. Candidates should have experience with machine setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, and equipment adjustments. Automotive technicians with engine and transmission repair experience are encouraged to apply. This role offers an opportunity for advancement to Machine Adjuster with increased earning potential.

Requirements

4+ years of hands-on mechanical, industrial, automotive, or manufacturing experience preferred.
Proven ability to set up, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer, math, and measurement skills, including reading a ruler accurately.
Flexibility to work on various machine platforms as needed.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 55 lbs.
Comfortable working around high-speed production equipment, noise, and manufacturing materials.
Ability to work in varying temperatures and remain alert throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

Learn to set up, adjust, and operate high-speed envelope manufacturing equipment.
Learn machine timing, part installation/removal, and complete product changeovers.
Troubleshoot equipment and support production quality and efficiency.
Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow all safety procedures.
