Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the same related filed or in manufacturing field
  • Full time positions.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Batu Kawan, Pulau Pinang.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic programming knowledge
  • Strong hands-on experience with reliability test chambers and equipment.
  • Knowledge of acceleration test methodology and semiconductor assembly processes.
  • Basic programming knowledge (preferred).
  • Fast learning ability with good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience in drive-level reliability testing (an added advantage).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain reliability test equipment and chambers, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and 1st-level recovery for equipment and tester issues.
  • Support equipment setup, buyoff, and verification for new tools and reliability testers.
  • Able to operate (e.g., HAST, TC, Vibration Tester, Bend Tester ).
  • Maintain accurate log sheets, calibration records, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Operations) to support testing needs and resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Ensure adherence to 6S standards, lab housekeeping, and safety protocols.
