Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, automation, material flow, or process optimization.
- Experience with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and xxperience leading cross-functional projects in a manufacturing environment required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots), robotics, automation, or manufacturing logistics preferred.
- Experience with simulation and digital manufacturing tools, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement preferred.
- Experience supporting equipment launches and production startup activities preferred.
