About The Position

Marksman Security is seeking a high-caliber Front Desk Security Administrator to support a premier corporate environment in San Ramon. This role requires a polished professional who excels in customer service, front-desk operations, and access-control procedures. The ideal candidate brings prior experience in security, corporate reception, or administrative support, along with exceptional communication skills and a strong service mindset. An active California Guard Card and required state training are mandatory for this position.

Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid State BSIS California Guard Card
  • 1–2 years of experience in front desk, administrative, or customer-service roles
  • 40-60 words per minute
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Familiarity with report writing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email platforms, and basic data entry
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Monitoring and surveillance experience
  • Essential Computer Competencies
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
  • Must successfully pass pre-employment background check

  • Security Guard Experience Preferred, Not Required

Responsibilities

  • Greet employees, visitors, and vendors with a professional, polished, and customer-focused demeanor
  • Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
  • Oversee visitor check-in procedures, issue badges, and maintain accurate visitor logs in accordance with corporate security protocols
  • Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Provide administrative support to onsite leadership, including scheduling, data entry, document preparation, and meeting coordination
  • Schedule vehicles to be picked up and drop off
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain key inventory for the corporation
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative documentation
  • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist with special projects, corporate events, and operational tasks as assigned
  • Represent companies brand values through exceptional service, communication, and professionalism
