About The Position
Hospital for Special Surgery is seeking an experienced pediatric physical therapist to join its multidisciplinary team at the HSS Pediatric Rehabilitation and Young Athlete Center. The role treats children from newborn through age 21 in an outpatient setting, addressing a broad range of non-operative and post-operative diagnoses. The clinician will have opportunities to practice in orthopedic and neurodevelopmental settings. Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience.
- Outpatient clinical expertise emphasizing differential diagnosis, examination, and treatment of musculoskeletal and neurodevelopmental pathologies of the spine and extremities.
- New York State licensure.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Clinical strength in pediatric physical therapy.

- PCS board certification.
- Experience or interest in staff development, mentoring, and education.
Responsibilities
- Examine and treat pediatric patients with musculoskeletal and neurodevelopmental pathologies affecting the spine and extremities.
- Provide care for non-operative and post-operative conditions in an outpatient setting.
