About The Position
Riverside is seeking an Advance Practice Registered Nurse - Lynnfield Outpatient As a Behavioral Health Advanced Practice Nurse (APRN), you will be a valued and visible member of our multidisciplinary outpatient team. You’ll work side-by-side with psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, and support staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while shaping the future of community mental health. What You’ll Do: Provide direct psychiatric care: Comprehensive clinical evaluation and medication management for your assigned caseload. Be a trusted consultant: Offer coverage and expert consultation for colleagues, individuals, and families. Serve as medical liaison: Partner with staff, family members, and community programs, under the guidance of the Regional Medical Director. Adapt and innovate: Tackle a dynamic set of medical responsibilities that vary by program and population. Requirements
- Master’s in Nursing with Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification.
- Experience with youth and one or more years in a psychiatric clinical setting, managing complex populations preferred
- Active DEA license and all qualifications required to maintain an active nursing license, including continuing education and ethical standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Intermediate computer fluency, including Microsoft Office
