About The Position
AgeWell is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our growing practice in Jacksonville, FL. The selected Advanced Practitioner Provider would serve as a link between inpatient and outpatient care as a member of the Baptist Health team. Baptist Health’s care for the community spans generations. Requirements
- Master's Degree - Nursing
- Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Licensed APRN
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years APRN experience desired
Responsibilities
- Consults with patients about their current conditions, orders diagnostics, analyzes results, diagnoses conditions, and prescribes treatment strategies, including prescription medications.
- May also actively participate in research in the field and advocate for policies that support the needs of elderly patients.
