Advance Practice Provider (Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner Masters / Clinical Nurse Specialist Masters) is an in-office/onsite, full-time position. The Advance Practice Provider, under the supervision or in collaboration with practice physicians, will be involved in the care of individuals, families, and patient groups dealing with cancer or other related diagnoses. This care may be provided in clinic or virtually via telemedicine. Responsibilities may include duties related to prevention, screening, patient care, management, and research. The role may serve as a direct caregiver, health care consultant, patient educator, administrator, or researcher. The position ensures compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards and requirements, and supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. Northwest Cancer Centers is the most advanced oncology group in Northwest Indiana, with physicians who have combined decades of experience and received training at highly acclaimed research institutions. The Gynecologic Oncology team offers an integrative approach to the diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management of women's cancers, focusing on providing the right diagnosis and expert guidance with a comprehensive approach to patients' health, including long-term care after cancer treatment.
