About The Position
St. Joseph's Health is looking for an APN with previous geriatric experience to add to our dynamic team. This is a Full-Time position working in Totowa, Wayne and Paterson, NJ. The work week is 40 hours, with shifts from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. There is potential for same-day travel between Wayne and Paterson. Once the full team is in place, on-call by phone will be 1 in 7. St. Joseph’s Health operates as a 501(c)(3) organization with non-profit status, which may make you eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
Requirements
- Certification required as an Advanced Practice Nurse by the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
- Successful completion of department specific orientation.
- Successful completion of department specific certifications such as BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) within 1 year of hire.
