About The Position

ANINE BING is seeking an ADV Manager EU to join their Wholesale team at their Paris HQ. This role is crucial for the brand's European wholesale growth, focusing on the operational backbone including order management, Key Account compliance, customer service, and warehouse coordination. The ADV Manager EU will enable commercial leadership to focus on account development and build the necessary infrastructure to reclaim markets currently managed under agent contracts. The ideal candidate thrives in a creative, performance-driven environment, is detail-oriented, understands the big picture, is collaborative, and is motivated by building new processes within the brand. This is a hybrid position based at the Paris HQ, with a preference for in-person work. The role reports to the EU Wholesale Manager with a functional dotted line to the Global Operations team in New York.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in wholesale Sales Administration, Customer Service, or Order Management within a contemporary or premium fashion brand with European distribution.
  • Fluent English and French.
  • Demonstrable experience with an ERP system (NetSuite preferred), 3PL warehouse coordination, and Key Account portals such as Zalando, Farfetch, Net-a-Porter or Harrods.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial mechanics of wholesale fashion — market calendars, agent networks, Key Account dynamics, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the cross-cultural fluency needed to operate across Paris, NY, and LA.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, a bias for ownership, and the agility to build and improve processes in a flat, fast-moving organization.

Nice To Haves

  • A third European language (German, Italian, or Spanish) is a strong plus.
  • Experience supporting a direct-market transition (from agent or distributor to direct).
  • EDI compliance and chargeback management expertise.
  • Experience in a dual-HQ or transatlantic fashion organization.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the full order lifecycle in NetSuite, from Order Confirmation through post-market updates, PO management for Major Accounts, and coordination with credit risk and sales to release pending orders.
  • Ensuring 100% shipping compliance for top Key Accounts (Zalando, Beymen, Harrods, Galeries Lafayette, and others) by managing portals, allocations, testing, and seasonal catalogs.
  • Acting as the primary EU point of contact for the 3PL warehouse partner (Bleckmann, Belgium) and for the network of EU sales agents and in-house Key Accounts.
  • Producing weekly delivery reports and stocklists for agents and Key Accounts, and handling all follow-up on swaps, reorders, RMAs, and claims.
  • Building and maintaining operational KPI dashboards (OTIF, chargebacks, book-to-ship) to inform commercial decisions and Key Account business reviews.
  • Developing the operational infrastructure required to support future direct-market transitions across territories currently managed by agents.
  • Partnering cross-functionally with Global Operations (NY), Finance, and the Paris Wholesale team to ensure consistency, compliance, and scalability across the EU.
