The Operations Manager/Supervisor provides leadership and oversight for the JCPL Program Team, ensuring efficient execution of operational processes, achievement of performance objectives, and continuous process improvement.
This role manages day-to-day operations, supports strategic initiatives, and leverages technology solutions, including SharePoint and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), to improve efficiency, standardization, and service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five (5) or more years of operations experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SharePoint administration and document management.
• Experience with JIRA, Service Now, and Power Automate or Automation Anywhere.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools.

Nice To Haves

• Experience or Interest in supporting or administering RPA platforms and automation initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all operational functions for the JCPL Program Team.
• Assist with managing team performance, resource planning, and operational priorities.
• Assist with monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements to enhance quality, productivity, and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with program requirements, company policies, and service level commitments.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support operational excellence and business objectives.
• Administer and maintain SharePoint sites, workflows, and documentation to support team collaboration and knowledge management.
• Support and administer RPA solutions, identifying automation opportunities and coordinating enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop operational reports and present performance updates to leadership.
