King County's Department of Community and Human Services (DCHS) is seeking two mid-level evaluators to join the Performance Measurement and Evaluation (PME) unit. One position will focus on performance measurement strategies for older adults programs, and the other will focus on resilient communities programs. The PME unit is a team of approximately 50 professionals dedicated to developing frameworks for understanding program outcomes and equity impacts. This involves defining performance measures, managing data collection, supporting continuous quality improvement, and conducting in-depth analyses. The PME unit disseminates findings through presentations, reports, and dashboards. These evaluator positions will specifically support the Adult Services Division (ASD), which manages programs funded by the Veterans, Seniors and Human Services Levy (VSHSL) and other initiatives. ASD aims to achieve results in housing stability, financial stability, healthy living, social engagement, and system access for veterans, seniors, caregivers, and other vulnerable populations. This recruitment may also be used to create a pool of qualified candidates for future openings within the next six months.
