This role involves planning and implementing developmentally appropriate toddler experiences, including art, sensory exploration, fine and gross motor activities, and early STEM learning. The instructor will facilitate daily parent discussions focused on child development, behavior guidance, family communication, and relationship-based parenting practices. A key aspect of the role is creating a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse families and learning styles, while also providing individualized and small group support to parents and children. The instructor will develop and distribute parent education handouts and instructional materials, communicate clearly with families, and maintain organized records. Additionally, the role includes managing classroom supplies, participating in professional development, supporting program enrollment, preparing quarterly calendars, representing the program at events, and reflecting on instructional practice. The position also requires adherence to established district policies and procedures.
