About The Position

Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan is seeking a compassionate and dependable Adult Residential Support Professional for its new 50-bed residential treatment program for adult males in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, scheduled to open in Fall 2026. In this direct-care role, the employee supports residents in recovery by providing supervision, encouragement, life-skills coaching, and a safe, structured environment. The employee works closely with residents to support treatment goals and respond appropriately to daily needs, challenges, and crisis situations.

This is a full-time, third-shift position scheduled Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in human services, behavioral health, substance use treatment, or residential care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support residents in a residential treatment setting.
• Serve as a positive role model and provide daily encouragement.
• Document observations and maintain accurate records.
• Support treatment plans and resident goals.
• Assist with medication monitoring and administration.
• Help with housekeeping, laundry, meals, and daily living activities.
• Transport residents to appointments and community activities.
• Facilitate educational and life-skills activities.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
