As an Adult Residential Support Professional - Transportation Specialist, you'll provide safe transportation and day-to-day support to individuals receiving services in our residential programs. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys building positive relationships, helping others access essential services, and contributing to a supportive team environment. Due to contractual reasons, we are accepting only male applicants.

Requirements

• Have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record
• Meet LSS driving and auto insurance requirements
• Demonstrate compassion, patience, and professionalism
• Communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
• Be dependable, organized, and able to work independently
• Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team
• Successfully completing all required background checks, caregiver checks, medical screenings, motor vehicle record reviews, and other program-specific requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to appointments, meetings, treatment services, and community activities
• Assist residents with accessing program services and maintaining daily schedules
• Help maintain program vehicles, including coordinating routine maintenance, cleaning, and inspections
• Perform housekeeping and facility support duties as needed
• Organize and distribute clothing, bedding, and other supplies
• Assist individuals with limited mobility, including those who use wheelchairs
• Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all residents
• Support the agency's mission, values, and commitment to person-centered care
