About The Position

We're hiring both Program Coordinators (PCs) and Assistant Program Coordinators (APCs) to lead and support our Adult Residential Programs serving adults with Autism and developmental disabilities. Whether you're an experienced supervisor ready to lead your own home or someone looking to grow into a leadership role, we'd love to meet you. Positions are available based on your experience and qualifications.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Valid U.S. Driver's License with at least one year of licensed driving experience.
Strong communication, organization, problem-solving skills, and leadership potential.
MAP Certification. (PC)
Previous supervisory experience. (PC)
Two or more years supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. (PC)

Nice To Haves

Crisis intervention/physical management experience preferred.
One or more years supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. (APC)

Responsibilities

Leading or supporting the day-to-day operations of an adult residential home.
Providing direct support while coaching and mentoring Direct Support Professionals.
Coordinating household operations including meals, shopping, recreation, appointments, and daily routines.
Ensuring MAP compliance, documentation, and safety procedures.
Collaborating with nursing, clinical teams, families, and program leadership.
Participating in on-call responsibilities.
Supporting staff development and maintaining a positive team culture.
