About The Position

Our program offers services within a residential, special education, and day habilitation setting to children and adults with severe developmental disabilities, including substantial cognitive, physical, and medical disabilities.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• 3-5 years in a Supervisor/Management role in a residential or mental health program required.
• On call responsibilities, at times you will be required to work overtime.
• Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting students is required.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of the Residential Department with the Senior Residential Department members and provide care and treatment of our youth.
• Ensure all Residential systems are being followed and completed on a daily basis and provide on call coverage.
• Provide constant oversight of scheduling procedures; staffing ratios are being met at all times and provide accountability and disciplinary action decisions as needed for all Residential Staff.
• Lead residential meetings and trainings, and run residential shifts when needed.
• Provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our students.
