Adult Psychiatrist - Outpatient
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring Adult Psychiatrists in Utah who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. The role is 100% outpatient, with a hybrid schedule of 2–3 days in the office and 1–2 days remote. There are no nights, hospital calls, or weekends. Full-time and part-time schedules of at least 20 hours per week are available. Psychiatrists provide medication management and therapy in an outpatient setting, supported by full administrative support and digital technology. The position offers productivity-based compensation, with a stated range of $299,000–$390,000, and includes a sign-on bonus and a full benefits package. LifeStance has six Utah offices in Bountiful, Murray, Lehi, Riverton, Pleasant Grove, and Draper, with additional locations planned for 2027.
Requirements
- Be fully licensed in Utah.
- Be board-eligible or board-certified in Psychiatry.
- Have an unencumbered DEA registration.
- Have experience in medication management and therapy.
