Adult Psychiatrist - Outpatient
About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking Adult Psychiatrists in Utah who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. The position provides outpatient psychiatric care, including medication management and therapy, in a hybrid arrangement with two to three days in the office and one to two days remote. There are no nights, hospital calls, or weekends. Full-time and part-time schedules of 20 or more hours per week are available. The role offers flexible schedules, a collegial work environment, modern offices, full administrative support, and digital technology. Compensation is listed at $299,000–$390,000 and is based on productivity, with uncapped earning potential. A sign-on bonus and a new cash incentive bonus are also offered. LifeStance has six Utah offices and plans to open additional locations in 2027.
Requirements
- Be fully licensed in Utah.
- Be board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry.
- Have an unencumbered DEA registration.
- Have experience in both medication management and therapy.
