About The Position

Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse, Wisconsin is seeking an adult psychiatrist to join its community adult psychiatry department. The position includes psychiatric evaluation and treatment of patients at Mayo Clinic Health System–La Crosse, with expectations of cross-coverage in Mayo Clinic Health System Eau Claire. The outpatient clinic uses a multidisciplinary, patient-focused model of care involving psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, psychotherapists, nursing, and other allied health staff. Care combines evidence-based biological and psychosocial treatments in a professional and compassionate environment. Mayo clinicians may also engage in teaching and research. A partial appointment in an academic setting and leadership experiences within the department or institution are available if desired. Requirements

Board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry.
Wisconsin medical license.

Responsibilities
