About The Position

Professional and warm federally qualified health center seeks an Adult Psychiatrist to work in a tele psych setting! This is a full-time, permanent position with a Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm schedule, offering 100% outpatient work. The role involves seeing 1-2 patients per hour, depending on whether they are new or follow-ups. There is shared call with the adult med team, with RNs and NPs handling the initial call. The psychiatrist will join a team that includes one other Adult Psychiatrist and one PMHNP.

Requirements

• BE/BC Adult Psychiatrist
• TX and IL license required

Nice To Haves

• Spanish speaking skills are a plus, as the clinic serves patients speaking many languages.

Responsibilities

• Work in a tele psych setting.
• See 1-2 patients per hour (new or follow-ups).
• Participate in shared call with the adult med team.
