About The Position

Provides psychiatric care to FCHC adult patients in collaboration with the FCHC psychiatrist. The role is in the Behavioral Health department and reports to the Chief Behavioral Health Officer; it has no supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care to adult FCHC patients in collaboration with the FCHC psychiatrist.
• Deliver service consistent with FCHC’s mission, vision, core values, customer-service standards, and professionalism expectations.
• Communicate tactfully and promptly, resolve conflicts constructively, and work effectively with colleagues and customers.
• Respect cultural differences and support a culture of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
