About The Position
Under broad policies established by KCPC Medical Director and in accordance with formal collaborative practice agreement with psychiatrist when applicable, provides adult psychiatric services to KCPC clients; collaborates with other prescribers and mental health professionals to develop programs and policies that improve the quality of the facility’s services; and efficiently utilizes available resources to maximize administration of quality care.
Requirements
- Adult Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner qualification
- Formal collaborative practice agreement with psychiatrist (when applicable)
Responsibilities
- Provides adult psychiatric services to KCPC clients.
