This role, Adult Protective & Guardianship Services Manager, provides statewide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for Indiana's Adult Protective Services (APS) and Adult Guardianship Services (AGS) programs. This role ensures both programs operate effectively, comply with state and federal requirements, and deliver high-quality services that protect vulnerable and endangered adults across Indiana. This leadership role is responsible for program operations, staff and contractor management, policy development, procurement, contract administration, vendor performance management, quality assurance, claims oversight, budget administration, state and federal reporting, and statewide partnerships. The manager collaborates with leadership, legal partners, service providers, and contracted vendors to strengthen program effectiveness, ensure compliance with contractual performance standards, improve service delivery outcomes, and lead continuous program improvement. This role leads the continued development and expansion of Indiana's Adult Guardianship Services program while overseeing the statewide administration of both APS and AGS.
