Under the supervision of the Center Manager, this position is responsible for the delivery of clinical services and community supports to persons with severe and persistent mental illness, as defined by The Department of State Health Services (DSHS). Services must conform to the Resiliency and Disease Management Model, Performance Contract, Community Service Standards, Helen Farabee Regional MHMR Center policy and procedures, and Medicaid standards. The role requires an aptitude for working with severely mentally ill, often impoverished people, viewing this work as a clinical specialty. HFC incorporates principles of trauma-informed care throughout the agency, emphasizing cultural sensitivity and a safe and respectful environment for all individuals served and staff.
