About The Position

Our client provides personalized primary and geriatric care in Casselberry, Florida. Its medical team offers wellness visits, women’s health, osteopathic medicine, DEXA scans, and care for chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, obesity, chronic pain, and memory loss. The client is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join its growing team. The role includes seeing 15–20 patients per day and rounding in two or three skilled nursing facilities in the Casselberry area on the same day. Coverage includes Seminole, Orange, and Osceola counties. The physician may chart at home or in the facility and will have midlevel provider support. The schedule is flexible, but the physician must be in the facility between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. and work four to six hours, Monday through Friday. The practice uses Allscripts/Veridigm EMR. The annual salary is $210,000–$230,000, depending on experience. A quarterly bonus of $2,000–$3,000 may be available for more than 425 encounters. Requirements

Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
General practitioners are acceptable.
Current Florida medical license.

Responsibilities

Round in two or three skilled nursing facilities in the Casselberry area in one day.
Provide coverage in Seminole, Orange, and Osceola counties.
See 15–20 patients per day.
Chart at home or in the facility.
Work with midlevel provider support.
