About The Position

The Medical Assistant is part of the Adult Medicine/Primary Care team at the Pahrump clinic. The role supports providers in delivering high-quality, efficient clinic care and a positive patient experience. Back-office duties include administering injections and medications, performing phlebotomy and diagnostic testing, supporting clinical procedures and patient care, and conducting quality screenings and surveys. The position also supports clinical excellence, quality standards, and a welcoming, patient-centered environment.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program, or relevant experience.
• Current CPR and/or BLS certification, or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
• Access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent patient service.
• Administer injections and medications.
• Perform phlebotomy and diagnostic testing.
• Support clinical procedures and patient care.
• Conduct quality screenings and surveys.
